Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
We expect that most participants will be sponsored or supported by their organizations. Because this is framed as professional development / process improvement training, many companies are able to categorize it as continuing education, leadership training, internal capability building, or an advanced certification expense. If you’re applying or pitching this internally, we’re happy to provide you with a one-page executive summary or justification memo you can share with your manager or HR/learning team.
-
A: Possibly, depending on your field and how your employer or certifying body works. We will provide a certificate of completion and a detailed transcript of topics and hours. Many participants successfully submit that to internal learning departments, external professional bodies, or compliance teams as evidence of continuing education. If you let us know in advance which credentialing body or industry you are targeting, we can help you prepare an appropriate submission.
-
A: No — joining the waitlist does not obligate you to register or pay. It simply ensures you’re the first to receive updates about the program, early access to application materials, and priority notification when registration opens. Think of it as raising your hand to learn more — not signing a contract.
-
A: The standard investment is $4,000 per participant. However, group discounts are available for companies enrolling multiple individuals. If you’re looking to enroll more than one person, please contact us to discuss a custom package.
-
A: The price covers access to all live weekly virtual sessions (and recordings), instructional materials, project mentorship, feedback, and the final certification process. There are no hidden fees for “grading” or “materials.”
-
A: Expect to commit approximately 2 hours per week for live sessions, plus some additional time (varies) for work on your project, assignments, reflection, and optional office hours. Over six months, this adds up to a manageable load for working professionals.
-
A: We cap cohorts to maintain quality, mentorship, and interaction. Typical cohort sizes are between 15 to 30 individuals.
-
A: All sessions are recorded and made available to participants. You can catch up via the recordings and — in many cases — ask questions in follow-up office hours or via discussion forums.
-
A: Ideal participants are mid- to senior-level professionals with ~5+ years of experience, in roles such as project/program management, internal consulting, HR/IT/finance, or change leadership. We look for evidence of initiative or responsibility for process improvement or change in your current role. Even if you don’t check all boxes, we encourage you to apply — we review holistically.
-
A: Yes — as part of the program, each participant works on a real-world process improvement or systems project relevant to their organization. You’ll receive mentoring, feedback, and the opportunity to present results. It’s integral, not optional. (edited)
